    Sunday - Thursday: 11am-9pm

    Friday + Saturday: 11am-10pm

  • Following old-world artisan bread-making practices, Lyle's pizza dough begins with a sourdough starter that has been cultivated for years. Our simple, high quality ingredients of organic flour, kosher salt, and water come to life when mixed with the wild, natural yeast active in the starter. Over the course of 48 hours the dough ferments in a controlled climate, yielding a complex, airy, and slightly tangy crust that is both delicious and nutritious.

  • We do have a gluten free crust option but because our menu items are made-from-scratch, we cannot guarantee that it was prepared in a gluten free kitchen.
